A little bit about me

I'm a Holistic Practitioner specialized in Panic Attacks.

I'm a Clinical Trauma Professional. I studied Psychology, Yoga for Trauma, Bach Flower therapy, among others. I am also an author. In my first book (Trust and Live Panic), I talk about my own experience with panic attacks.

In 2022 I published a book on Bach Flowers and Numerology, which is another topic that I am passionate about.

In 2023 my newest book came out about trauma and relationships "Is this what I REALLY Want?: How to Go Beyond Trauma into the Relationship You Deserve"
